"Locale ampio e molto pulito, accoglienza gentile, servizio attento e professionale. Abbiamo iniziato con il tris di primi, sulla carta per due persone, ma le porzioni abbondanti hanno permesso la degustazione ai quattro commensali: pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale, fettuccine ai funghi porcini, ravioli al sugo di noci. Veramente superlativi. Passati ai secondi abbiamo ordinato: maialino al forno, cinghiale alla cacciatora, fuori menù lumache in umido. Sul cinghiale sono molto esigente, essendo il mio piatto preferito su cui "prendo le misure" del livello di qualità nei piatti "casarecci" e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto dalla selezione delle carni, morbide come burro, sapientemente preparate (davvero complimenti). Contorno di patate arrosto e cicoria selvatica. Vino rosso della casa, una onesta bottiglia della Cantina di Cerveteri. Per concludere squisito tiramisù artigianale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente (meno di 25 euro a persona). Cinque stelle strameritate."
